Previously, Elder Services partnered with a Canadian agency for their website needs. While the service was adequate, the client recognized the significant, inherent value of having a local partner deeply invested in the very community their organization serves.

As a WiX "Legend Level" Agency Partner, Brand Focus identified a prime opportunity to not only modernize their digital presence by rebuilding on the WiX platform but, more importantly, to enhance user-friendliness for generations less familiar with the digital age.

Our team at Brand Focus collaborated extensively with Elder Services. We meticulously reorganized, reframed, and simplified the website's content. By applying established principles of design, layout, typography, and color theory, we transformed the site into a more accessible and intuitive resource. Specifically, we optimized typography and contrast to significantly improve readability, keeping an older audience's needs at the forefront of our design choices.
