International Ocean Film Tour

The International Ocean Film Tour recently held its North American premiere in the Watersound Origins® community. The sold-out event drew a crowd of 400 attendees who enjoyed seven inspiring, water-themed films under the open sky. Brand Focus developed and executed an event campaign designed to generate interest and drive ticket sales within a 6 to 8-week window. Event photography was also provided.

This event is one of several hosted throughout the year at Watersound Origins, each aimed at building community awareness and engaging potential new homeowners.

St. Joe Club Experience Magazine

The St. Joe Club & Resorts Events Magazine is a biannual publication designed primarily for members of the Watersound Club and guests of St. Joe's various luxury properties in Northwest Florida.​ It serves as a comprehensive guide and showcase, providing insight into the exclusive club amenities, highlighting engaging stories from the community, and detailing the array of annual events and activities available to members and guests. Essentially, it's a lifestyle magazine that promotes the high-end experience of the St. Joe Club & Resorts, focusing on their golf courses, wellness centers, dining, private beach access, and various social and recreational offerings.

We also provided custom illustration to enhance various campaigns. Watersound Origins Brochure

The Watersound Origins brochure was meticulously designed to reflect the community's upscale, nature-inspired aesthetic. Its production involved a careful selection of high-quality paper and printing techniques, ensuring a premium feel. The layout incorporated a clean, modern design with ample white space, allowing the vibrant photography of the community's homes, amenities, and natural surroundings to truly stand out. Typography was chosen for readability and elegance, complementing the overall sophisticated yet approachable brand identity of Watersound Origins.

Watersound Origins Porchfest

The Watersound Origins Porchfest is a highly anticipated annual event that transforms the charming Watersound Origins community into a vibrant, open-air music festival. It's a unique celebration where front porches and lawns become stages for local and regional musicians, offering a diverse range of genres for attendees to enjoy while strolling through the picturesque neighborhood. More than just music, Porchfest fosters a strong sense of community, with families gathering, food trucks on-site, and often additional activities like cornhole tournaments and kids' crafts.
