Looking back to 2015, one project that truly stands out in my memory at Brand Focus is our work with The St. Joe Company on their St. Joe Club Experience magazine. As a leading land developer in Florida, St. Joe always aims for excellence, and our task was to translate their vision of unparalleled coastal luxury into a stunning print publication for their Watersound Club members.

The challenge was to capture the essence of a sophisticated lifestyle while maintaining an inviting and authentic feel. This wasn't just about compiling information; it was about curating an experience on every page. We dove deep into the unique character of their master-planned communities, understanding the amenities, the breathtaking natural beauty, and the discerning audience. Our comprehensive Luxury Magazine Design approach considered everything from typography and photography selection to layout and paper stock.

We meticulously crafted each spread to reflect the premium quality of the St. Joe brand, ensuring a visual aesthetic that resonated with the magazine's high-end readership. From showcasing the pristine white sands of their private beaches to the architectural grandeur of the clubhouses and the vibrant social scene, every element contributed to a cohesive narrative. The goal was to inspire, inform, and immerse readers in the exclusive world of the St. Joe Club Experience. This project truly allowed Brand Focus to demonstrate our passion for Luxury Magazine Design and our ability to deliver a publication that was both a beautiful keepsake and a powerful communication tool.
